UH ohhh!

We're unable to crawl your site...
If we can't generate a score it's usually because of crawl-ability issues.
If the issue persists get in touch with your web developer.

I think I'm having crawl-ability issues
In basic terms here’s the common issues:
- Your site is slow and is timing out when calculating site performance ratings. Try running your site through Google Web Vitals. Does it give you a score or at least take a long time to generate it? You could have a server issue or a page performance issue.
- Your site may be blocking search engines from crawling it all together.
- Your site may have a sub page as its main index page such as www.cafe.com/menu instead of the main page being www.cafe.com
- Your site may be set up for international traffic and be broken into several subdomains for different regions and/or languages. Such as https://www.ey.com/en_au. We don’t currently support all international domains of this type but it is definitely on our road map.
- Your site may have poor website architecture that is making it difficult for crawlers to understand the site structure. This is particularly relevant if your site contains multiple broken links. Don’t be disheartened, all sites have their issues, this just becomes a great opportunity for you to look under the hood and start getting your site in order.
